March Meeting Reminder- Fellowship Prep

My Oconostota Brothers,

We will be having our monthly meeting this Thursday, from 7-8:30 pm at St Giles Presbyterian on Hudson Road, in final preparation for our spring fellowship 2016. Our theme is tar wars and we will be taking care of any final planning. We will be discussing service projects at COI going on during the fellowship. Also, we will be having a lightsaber workshop, and there will be a $5 fee to cover costs of materials. However, we ask that people bring cardboard tubes from gift wrap rolls (the narrow tubes, about 1 inch in diameter). Also, we ask that you bring any materials that you wish to decorate the handles with, such as chrome or gold duct tape, sharpie markers, and black electrical tape or craft foam. Also, you are more then welcome to bring or make a cape or Jedi robe of some sort, as you will be able to wear them at the fellowship. We hope to see you there, and if you are planning to go to the fellowship and haven't bought a chapter t-shirt, we have a few left for $10. We would like to represent our chapter and ask that everyone bring theirs to wear Saturday during the day. If you have anything that you would like to bring anything that's Star Wars related to decorate with or to use during our flagpole parade/spirit competition, you are welcome to bring those as well. If you are not coming to the fellowship, we would still love to see you come, as we will be working on getting people signed up for elections and discussing what we want to do for our April Chapter meeting.
