December Meeting Reminder

Greetings Fellow Arrowmen, As we are drawing to a close in this centennial year in our order, let us remember that we are stepping into the next century. We have one more meeting this Thursday, December 17, at 7:00-8:30 pm at the St Giles Presbyterian Church on Hudson Road. We are having our annual Chapter Christmas/Holiday party, so bring some sort of snack/dessert type food or drink. We really don't have any official business to attend to, but if you have ideas for the Spring Fellowship theme, we will be share those. We will be scrapping the class A uniforms in favor of an ugly sweater contest, so if you wish to participate, be creative. Although we will not be wearing our uniforms, sashes should still be worn. We will also be having a White Elephant Gift Exchange, so bring a gently used item or something very cheap (dollar store), and wrap it and bring it. For those not familiar with the concept of a white elephant exchange, all of the gifts are put in a pile in the center of the room and everyone draws a number. In order of the numbers, each person grabs a gift from the pile and unwraps it. Anyone can swap with a previous person, but each gift can only be swapped twice. Also, if you did not pick up a pair of our amazingly awesome chapter epaulets, you can get a pair for $10. They are extra wide, custom embroidered, and hand made by Mr. Broadwater, our adviser, and look really nice. If you have any questions, you can email me at JKujath.scout@gmail.com.
